We are ready to assist you

To access your mental health and addiction treatment benefits, please follow the three quick steps below:

If you have a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately or seek care from the nearest emergency room.
Please call our Utilization Management (UM) department toll free at (800) 873-2246 with your member card ready. Even if it's after normal business hours or if you're outside the service area, our UM staff is ready to assist you. Please let us know when you want to access your EAP (Employee Assistance Program) or TLC (The Life Connection) benefits.
Once you see your provider, he/she will contact Behavioral Healthcare Option's UM department, and together the provider and our case managers will monitor your care.
