providing health care coverage, supported by personal service at an affordable
price. HPN has received an accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an independent, not-for-profit
organization dedicated to measuring the quality of America's health care.
Accreditation is for the Commercial HMO, Commercial POS and Medicare HMO product
lines in Nevada effective May 2006.
Senior Dimensions (Medicare Advantage Plan) Senior Dimensions is a product of Health Plan of
Nevada, Inc. with a Medicare contract to offer a Medicare Advantage
plan with prescription drug coverage, available to anyone enrolled in
both Medicare Parts A and B through age or disability.

Options (SHO) SHO is an
administrative services company dedicated to serving the needs of self-insured
employer groups with a portfolio of services to assist the self-insured employer
to manage their health care costs. SHO is a "One Stop Shop" for
self-insured employer groups to obtain support and services for their health
benefit program. Services are available as bundled packages or the self-insured
employer group can purchase select services as needed.
